Ingredients

  • 1 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spoon 1 Tbsp. cottage cheese every 2-inches apart onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Gently press cheese flat using the back of a spoon. Top with seasoning.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until crisp. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
