
Creamy Jalapeño Mango Salsa Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 oz.) spicy jalapeno cream cheese spread
- 1 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add 1 Tbsp. cilantro; mix well.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into bottom of shallow serving dish.
- Combine mango, tomatoes, onions and remaining cilantro; spoon over cream cheese mixture.
- Serve with tortilla chips and jicama sticks.
- Prepare using 1 softened 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, and adding 1⁄2 tsp. chipotle chili pepper powder to cream cheese mixture before spreading into bottom of serving dish.
