Creamy Jalapeño Mango Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz.) spicy jalapeno cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions

Directions

  • Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add 1 Tbsp. cilantro; mix well.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into bottom of shallow serving dish.
  • Combine mango, tomatoes, onions and remaining cilantro; spoon over cream cheese mixture.
Serving Suggestion:
  • Serve with tortilla chips and jicama sticks.
Variation:
  • Prepare using 1 softened 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, and adding 1⁄2 tsp. chipotle chili pepper powder to cream cheese mixture before spreading into bottom of serving dish.
