Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, sliced in half lengthwise, then sliced crosswise
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
