Ingredients
- 1 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 8 basil leaves
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F
- Blend cottage cheese and garlic in food processor until smooth. Stir in mozzarella.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread cheese mixture onto crust. Top with tomatoes.
- Dice cherry tomatoes and sprinkle on top of cheese spread.
- Bake 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Top with basil and crushed red pepper. Drizzle with honey.
