Ingredients
- 3/4 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Directions
- Blend cottage cheese, banana, blueberries and strawberries in a blender or food processor until pureed. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
