Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Directions

  • Blend first 4 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon mixture into 1-1/2-qt. freezer-proof container. Top with almonds.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
