ALMOND AND MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

WHAT YOU NEED

1/4 cup vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese

1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)

1 banana, divided

1 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds

MAKE IT

BLEND milk, cottage cheese, berries and half the banana in blender until smooth; pour into bowl.

SLICE remaining banana; place on top of smoothie.

SPRINKLE with nuts.

KITCHEN TIPS

Substitute frozen strawberries for the mixed berries.
