Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Brush bread with olive oil. Top with cottage cheese, avocado and tomatoes.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top before serving.
- Garnish with cracked black pepper and crushed red pepper.
