Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 large basil leaves, sliced
  • 2 tsp. balsamic glaze

Directions

  • Brush toast with olive oil.
  • Combine tomatoes, garlic and basil in a small bowl.
  • Top toast with cottage cheese, tomato mixture and balsamic glaze.
Special Extra:
  • Garnish with cracked black pepper.
