Ingredients
- 48 tortilla chips
- 1-1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mexican style finely shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spread tortilla chips onto baking sheet; top with chicken, beans, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
- Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Top nachos with sour cream and green onions.
