Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 pkt (1.25 oz.) chili seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles, divided
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
Directions
- Stir together chicken, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning in large pot. Reserve 2 Tbsp. green chiles for later use. Add remaining green chiles, beans, tomatoes and 1 cup water to pot. Stir to combine. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer on low heat 30 min.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream with 2 tablespoons green chiles. Reserve.
- Serve chili topped with sour cream mixture, cheese and red onion.
- Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
